We have recruited a new urban designer and masterplanner to support our growing pipeline of consultancy instructions. Neil Sainsbury joins as an associate director within our planning, regeneration and infrastructure (PR+I) team.
Neil spent nearly two decades at Milton Keynes Council, most recently as head of placemaking, where he has led an in-house consultancy team responsible for masterplanning, development frameworks, feasibility studies and town centre regeneration.
Colin Pullan, head of masterplanning and urban design at LSH, said: “Neil’s varied skill-set and track record with one of the country’s most innovative local authorities will provide invaluable expertise and a vital link between our existing planning, development and regeneration capabilities.”
