Our Telecoms team have been awarded the telecoms estate management contract for Southwark Council. The mandate sees LSH reappointed to a contract it has held since 2016, following a competitive tender process.

Appointed on contract of up to four years, we will assume responsibility for all telecoms related landlord and tenant advisory and for leading negotiations with commercial operators throughout the borough.

This win cements our position as the leading telecoms real estate advisor to the public sector, advising more London boroughs than anyone else and representing major institutions including the BBC and Ministry of Justice.
