Our specialist Compulsory Purchase team are partnering with Town Legal, LLG and the Association of Chief Estate Surveyors in the Public Sector (ACES) to deliver a webinar focused on how compulsory purchase professionals in the public sector can utilise CPO powers to support regeneration. 

The webinar will take place via Zoom at 10am on Tuesday 29 November. 

The session is free, open to all, and will look at current Government thinking and recent consultation on compulsory purchase orders, featuring some of the key case law, including LB of Barking and Dagenham, and Vicarage fields. 

We will explore the possible ramifications of these cases, as well as delving into how more innovative use of CPO powers can support levelling up and regeneration objectives.
