LSH in association with FRP Advisory Trading Limited are delighted to have acted in the sale of the unique and unbranded Bredbury Hall Hotel & Country Club to Vine Hotels, an independent multiple hotel group who operate 10 hotels across the UK.
The 149-bedroom independent hotel was closed for trading throughout the sales process due to the Covid-19 pandemic was sold off a guide asking price of offers in the region of £5,250,000 for the freehold interest in the property.
