Leading property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Helen Mansley to its market leading Planning, Development and Regeneration (PDR) team in the North West, strengthening its market leading position across the region. The appointment will see Helen tasked with developing LSH’s retail capabilities throughout the region.

The move sees Helen join LSH’s Manchester office following a five year spell at WYG where she oversaw the delivery of retail and town centre evidence base studies alongside planning applications for new foodstores and mixed use schemes. This will add to LSH’s already established national planning offering, providing clients with technical and commercial expertise across the sector.
