What is My A3?

My A3 is the next stage digital evolution of our existing concierge relocation solutions, bringing together all our well-established services that we have been providing to our clients for over 20 years within a secure, self-serve portal.

Our user friendly, web-based platform provides access to pre-funded alternative accommodation, including hotels, serviced apartments and modular container housing*, as well as additional items such as removals*, storage* and furniture hire.

How does My A3 work?

My A3 reduces the number of touchpoints associated with securing alternative accommodation by removing the need contact us first to arrange accommodation, thereby reducing administration time and alleviating emotional distress for the customer at their moment of need.

It allows client users to take advantage of our economies of scale and secure competitive markets rates for emergency accommodation needs.

Our whole of market access also means that users can book accommodation in the UK as well as across the globe, eliminating the need for multiple processes across different locations and territories.

It enhances customer service delivery by allowing the user to select accommodation specific to the needs of the customer within any pre-defined and capped expenditure limits.

My A3 provides integrated features including real time access to management information, enabling users to extract meaningful data about current and historic bookings to help support informed decision-making.
