Maison Dental has taken space on the 2nd floor of The Chambers in Manchester city centre. The cosmetic dentist has agreed terms for just over 2,500 sq ft on a 15-year lease and will launch its first Manchester operation this summer which will add to their growing portfolio of practices having already launched very successfully in Leeds and Knightsbridge, London.
The property which is owned by a private investor offers high quality accommodation behind a striking Grade II Listed façade which is prominently situated on the corner of Police Street and King Street overlooking the abundance of high-end retailers and restaurants.
