Podville is made up of 12 up-cycled shipping containers that have been transformed into modern all-inclusive workspaces in the heart of North Bristol’s business community. The units are finished to the highest standard and benefit from all-inclusive rent, including; internet access, utilities, air-conditioning, meeting room facilities, kitchen area, WCs, planned car charging points and bike and shower facilities.
Joining the Podville community as new tenants is Fulcrum Projects Ltd, an equipment rental company who are relocating from Rodney House, and Lets Work Through It a counselling and therapy service provider, looking to move away from working from home.
In addition to these new tenants the scheme is also soon to benefit from a new on site coffee house which is set to open next month.
The site is marketed by joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Burston Cook.
Roxine Foster, Associate Director at LSH comments:
“The recent lettings and renewal show that despite uncertainty due to COVID there is still good demand for high quality, smaller office spaces within Bristol. Whilst working from home does have its benefits it is clear that people are still keen to get back to the office. Podville offers a fantastic opportunity for smaller occupiers to take high quality space on a flexible basis, or for large occupiers to open satellite offices as swing space that benefit from daily cleaning.”
The last few units are now available for immediate let - view more here.
