Our Property and Asset Management team has been appointed to manage two buildings at Thames Valley Park in Reading following their sale to BauMont Real Estate Capital earlier this year.

Buildings Four and Five Thames Valley Park, which total 155,565 sq ft, were previously owned and occupied by software giant Microsoft until it undertook a sale and leaseback in August 2020 as part of its ongoing project to consolidate its UK footprint.

V7, which has been appointed as asset manager for the buildings by BauMont Real Estate Capital, plans to comprehensively refurbish them to bring them in line with the latest workplace trends to create a sustainable and exciting workplace for the future with wellbeing at the core.

The two buildings are the latest instructions added to LSH’s portfolio of managed properties on behalf of V7, which also includes Spectrum in Bristol; a 114,000 sq ft, six-storey office building which V7 acquired in 2015.

Chris Hunt, Co-founder and Director at V7 Asset Management, commented:

"We have had a really positive experience of working with LSH on several other properties and were particularly impressed by their enthusiasm for driving community and environmental sustainability across the properties that they manage, so they were the natural agent of choice for this instruction.”

Hazel Nancarrow, Director of Property and Asset Management at LSH, said:

“We are excited to be working with an asset manager who is as passionate about transforming underperforming buildings as we are providing stand out management and occupier experiences, and we look forward to supporting V7 in realising the true potential of these two buildings over the coming months and years.”

Our Property and Asset Management team has approximately 5,700 commercial assets under management and over 14,000 tenancies. The team manages a wide variety of property including office, industrial and logistics and retail, as well as mixed-use schemes and high profile ‘trophy’ assets.
