Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Ross Firth as a Director and Head of its Office Advisory team, as the firm strengthens its office agency ambitions across the UK and Ireland.
Ross joins LSH following spells at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, where he has over 10 years of experience providing agency, development and strategic asset management advice to landlords and investors throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
Ross has recently concluded a number of disposals and acquisitions for high-profile clients including: Credit Suisse, London and Scottish Property, Scarborough Group and Sky. He will lead the office advisory division in Leeds feeding into LSH’s national network of office agents across the country.
LSH has five core operational hubs of which Leeds is one. The others are Birmingham, Bristol, London and Manchester. Over the last 24 months, LSH has built a young and hungry transactional team in Leeds including the hires of Capital Markets specialists Luke Symonds and Henry King, alongside Scott Morrison in Industrial & Logistics (I&L). In addition, Rachel Vickers remains a key part of the Leeds Office Advisory team and Ceara Duggan moved from Real Estate Advisory into I&L earlier this year.
