LSH has unveiled a raft of new hires for its South West and Wales Property Management team.
Helen Pearson joins LSH in its Bristol office as senior surveyor, and will be focusing on Royal William Yard in her new role, as well as other properties in Cardiff, Wells and Bridgend. Previously, Helen was a surveyor at Trilogie CRE in London (now Vail Williams) where her role involved a mix of real estate strategy, lease advisory and property management.
David Corp has also been appointed as senior surveyor, and will be responsible for managing a number of key commercial sites throughout South Wales, including St Tydfil Shopping Centre in Merthyr Tydfil.
In addition, Matt Hoskins has been appointed as Facilities Manager, and Will Freer comes on board as Assistant Surveyor via LSH's apprenticeship scheme.
Commenting on the expansion, Danielle Kirk, Head of Property and Asset Management South West and Wales said: “We pride ourselves on the skill and experience of our growing team, and this is a significant investment in new talented individuals who will help us to continue the growth of our South West offer across Bristol, the South West and Wales. It's an exciting time for us as we have a number of large scale projects in the pipeline and new instructions to keep us busy during 2020 and beyond."
