We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that our Planning, Development & Regeneration team has been named the fastest-growing Planning Consultancy of 2019 by Planning Magazine, in its annual Planning Consultancy Market Report.

In the last year, the team has increased the number of chartered planners we employ from 24 to 35, which means that we have risen up the ranking from 23rd to 19th place.

The rapid expansion is down to several factors, including a greater firm-wide focus on joining up the life cycle of land, as well as growing demand for advice on town centre regeneration and housing.

In March of this year, we bolstered our offering with the appointment of town centre strategy and regeneration heavyweight Steven Norris; Blathnaid Duffy, a specialist in evidence-based retail and economic assessment; and Atul Joshi, an expert in economic and commercial viability. 

Their arrival followed eight additional senior appointments across London, Birmingham and Bristol.
