Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has bolstered its Birmingham Rating team with the appointment of Associate Director, David Bullimore.
 
David will support LSH’s major retail, office and industrial occupiers and landlord clients with advice on minimising rates liabilities and challenging rating assessments.
 
Mark Clapham, Head of Rating at LSH in Birmingham, said: “David has an established track record in commercial property and a vast knowledge of rating and all the associated issues that may affect our clients. I’m delighted to welcome him to the team at a time when we’re strengthening and extending our services across the region.”

He joins the business from Birmingham based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows. David has almost 15 years’ experience in rating.
