The new tenants have moved to Network Oxford to upgrade accommodation and fulfill expansion plans. Capital Hair and Beauty has relocated from Isis Business Centre and Auto Windscreens has moved from Chancerygate Business Centre, Kidlington. Both lettings have been completed on a 10 year lease at £12 per sq ft.
The development of Network Oxford completed less than 24 months ago and has been rapidly growing in popularity since. The scheme is owned by a Fund managed by CBRE GI and comprises nine units, eight of which are already let.
Charlie Cordery of Lambert Smith Hampton comments “It is great to see Network Oxford is now almost fully let. Unit 3 is our last remaining unit, providing 4,685 sq ft of high quality accommodation. We hope to have the development 100% let in the very near future, which highlights the depth of demand from trade, industrial and R&D occupiers in our market.”
Network Oxford is located just 200 yards from the Oxford Ring Road providing easy access to the A40 and A34.
Lambert Smith Hampton and VSL are the joint property agents for Network Oxford.
