Hillview Real Estate, the Real Estate division of The Hillview Group, acquired the 36,291 sq ft office building - which is currently let to Sports Cafe, wealth management firm MacIntosh James & Partners and recruitment company Hays - from APAM in February 2018, on behalf of Hillview Partners Property Fund.

Our subsequent instruction includes property management, facilities management, service charge administration and tenant liaison.
