LSH has agreed a new five-year lease with financial services company, SD Taylor on 6,105 sq ft of self-contained offices at Unit 7 Turnberry Business Park in Leeds.

Rachel Vickers, Graduate Surveyor in LSH's Leeds office, commented: “This is a particularly significant deal given that it was the largest letting to complete in Leeds’ out-of-town market during Q4 2016, representing 21% of the total occupier take-up.”

LSH and WSB Property Consultants are the joint agents at the business park, which has now just over 5,000 sq ft remaining to let as two separate suites of 3,065 sq ft and 2,081 sq ft.
