The former Austin Reed HQ, which sits on 9.5 acres of land, comprises 120,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation, together with 16,000 sq ft of office space.

In-Site, a family run property company, plans to retain a 50,000 sq ft modern warehouse unit on the site, which is available for immediate occupation, while freeing up the remaining land and property for redevelopment into a variety of uses, subject to planning.

LSH has been retained to market the vacant space alongside Holder and Co.
