Based in the firm’s Oxford office, he will be responsible for the management of a number of assets in the region for clients such as Rockspring, TIAA Henderson Real Estate, Wesleyan Financial Services, Oxford University and Mayfair Capital Property Unit Trust.
 
Simon explains why he wanted to join LSH: “I’m looking forward to being part of a lively, focused team and having input into the growth of the property and asset management department in the Thames Valley. I particularly wanted the opportunity to work for a recognised national firm which is clearly growing at a steady rate.”
