Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed agent for FOUR Waterside, a high quality office development in Northampton’s Enterprise Zone.

The scheme consists of four new office buildings with work expected to commence on them in 2015. Kier Property, the development arm of Kier Group, will act as development partner following selection by Northampton Borough Council.

The office buildings will range from 2,700 sq m to 20,000 sq m, and will create a new business quarter in Central Northampton and a gateway to the Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone. The scheme will benefit from convenient access to public transport links and other amenities. It is a key part of Northampton Alive, a massive regeneration programme for the town. The programme has already seen a £20m regeneration at Northampton’s Castle railway station, and a new Innovation Centre constructed adjacent to the site.
