Stuart and Joe will head up a number of exciting pipeline projects across Manchester. Stuart will be responsible for over 500,000sq ft of commercial property for clients including Henderson, Prospect Estates and BDO. Key instructions include the £25m Zenith Building in Manchester and the 200,000 sq ft Kelloggs warehouse in Trafford Park. Joe will undertake a range of instructions, predominantly for commercial and industrial buildings, including building surveys, dilapidations, condition surveys and project management.
Stuart joins from the property management team at Lee Barron, where he has spent the last five years. His previous role required the review and resolution of distressed assets. His expertise on best management practice will be transferred to his work with Lambert Smith Hampton’s extensive client portfolio and management of over 1.2million sq ft of grade A office property throughout the region.
Joe joins from Deloitte Real Estate, where he previously worked as a building surveyor. Since completing his APC in May, Joe has been working as a chartered surveyor and will bring his knowledge and experience in project management to the consultancy team.
Abid Jaffry, head of LSH’s Manchester office, said: “As the city’s commercial property sector enjoys continued growth, we’re pleased to be welcoming such talented new members to our building consultancy and property and asset management teams.
“Stuart and Joe bring expertise in relocation, acquisitions and dilapidations, not to mention their combined knowledge of the regional market. We’re looking forward to supporting them in their new roles and to the contribution each will make to our ongoing projects in the area.”
