Negotiated terms of the ten year lease

Seeking a more sustainable, better value option for its headquarters the Commission selected fourth floor accommodation at the Grade II listed Cambrian Buildings following a city-wide search. Constructed at the turn of the 20th century the building has been extensively refurbished by its owners London and County to create a high quality contemporary business environment.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills negotiated the terms of the ten year lease. Agents Fletcher Morgan acted for the DCFW along with Morgan Cole.
