Waters Corporation HQ chosen for 'scale and efficiency'

Following an exciting night at the Insider North West Property Awards 2013, we were delighted to win the coveted Deal of the Year Award for its work with US-based scientific company Waters Corporation.

Beating a competitive shortlist, the 35-acre scheme was chosen due to the scale and efficiency of the deal, which saw our Manchester office secure a new headquarters facility to accommodate a Global Centre of Excellence for Research and Development.
