Lambert Smith Hampton named top national agent again!

Lambert Smith Hampton has been named the UK commercial property industry’s Top National Agent for the fourth consecutive year by leading publication, Estates Gazette (EG).

LSH won the EG ‘EGi Deals Competition’ Award, which was announced on 3 March 2009, for the seventh time in the eight years that the competition has been running. The national commercial property adviser also secured top place in eight other categories.

The EG ‘EGi Deals Competition’ is an independent survey conducted by the EGi Research team covering all UK commercial property transactions. It establishes the most active agents completing the largest number of deals for clients during a calendar year.  More than 6,000 new transactions were entered into the competition this year.

LSH posted a total of 2039 national property transactions in 2008 to secure the top national accolade – more than one third of all deals and 20% more transactions than the firm’s nearest competitor, the second placed DTZ.

In addition to retaining the crown of ‘Top National Agent’ in the property industry’s most prestigious Awards, LSH also won:
