LSH lets retail space in Woolston to CCL Cleaning Group

Acting on behalf off Southcott Homes, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let 2,318 sq ft of retail space at 128 Portsmouth Road, Woolston, to CCL Cleaning Group.
The premises, previously occupied by A&A Motorcycles, occupy an extremely prominent location on one of the major arterial routes in the area, and have the added benefit of private parking for 8/10 cars. The property comprises a spacious ground floor retail area, with two ancillary storage rooms, office, customer and staff WCs.
CCL Cleaning Group Ltd is a professional cleaning firm with a number of cleaning contracts with major organisations with local representation, and has been involved in the industry since 1976. CCL is moving from smaller premises to support its business expansion and has signed a new 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £16,500 per annum.
