We are inviting offers for the business and assets of an outsourcing contact / call centre who assist corporate clients with their direct customer contact requirements.

• Established 2023
• Currently employing fifty three staff, of which forty three are call agents
• Operating from lease hold premises
• Services currently provided include new business generation and debt recovery within the utilities and energy sectors.
• Current agreement with overseas based outsourcer
• Pipeline of potential new business including quoted / tendered and known opportunities referred via a third party outsourcer
• Tangible assets include a range of modern office furniture and equipment which caters for a maximum of c.60 personnel
